Our Approach

3:20 Designs is a full-service digital marketing firm in Dallas, Texas. Our goal is to equip business owners with all-inclusive services allowing them to focus on what they do best!

We understand how precious your time is. Our “Easy Button Marketing” approach gives you the flexibility and customization to create a successful branding and marketing plan that doesn’t cost a fortune.

The “3:20” in 3:20 Designs references Ephesians 3:20. “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”

Our Team

Andrea McNeeley, Founder

After serving as a graphic and web designer in full-time ministry for over 10 years, Andrea McNeeley opened her own company in 2012 as a small graphic design business. Her passion to help business owners fully succeed led her to expand these services into what 3:20 Designs is today.

She views each and every client as part of the 3:20 family. These relationships have grown into life-long friendships… and she wouldn’t have it any other way! 

Andrea is grateful to have an amazing and supportive husband, Matthew, who is also a co-owner in the company. Her 4 children share in her passion for life and adventure.  

Matthew McNeeley, C0-Owner

Matthew joins 320 Designs with an education in Business and Marketing from Texas A&M University and a lengthy track record of success in the healthcare space, having helped independent doctors run and grow their own businesses. So, serving entrepreneurs and small business owners is a natural fit for Matthew and he absolutely loves knowing each clients’ story. 

He enjoys running the business with his sweet bride, Andrea, and riding the roller-coaster ups & downs of entrepreneurship! On his off time you will often find Matthew outdoors, in any weather, at anytime, doing the things which make him happy!
