Marketing: How To Use The Easy Button
From the perspective of a business owner, marketing can seem like a daunting task. Where do you market? Who do you market to? What the heck are you suppose to say? The concept is actually quite simple.
Create the message, brand the message and market the message. Still feel overwhelmed? Stick with me and we’ll break it down:
Begin With Your Message.
- It all starts with you. What do you want the world to hear? The most successful marketing is achieved when you genuinely connect with your audience. The way to get there isn’t through gimmicks, cheesy sales pitches and generic statements. Share your heart!
- Once your voice is developed, use that “flavor” when offering your services. Guess what happens? You attract who you are. Wouldn’t you love to have clients that see life through the same lens that you do?
Brand the Message.
- Be consistent. Whether you are working with an agency like 3:20 Designs or brainstorming on your own, everything related to your company needs to have the same color scheme, style and message. For example, if you update a logo, make sure everything is updated. Everything!
- Be clear. Use one tagline throughout all of your online and print platforms. If you have a special signature, use it in everything you produce. Your brand will emerge and be remembered as long as your stay uniform.
Market the Message.
